With over 30 years in the construction industry my career has spanned several different disciplines.  In that time, I have owned 3 successful businesses working as a subcontractor on federal, commercial, and residential projects.  I have also worked as an architectural consultant, acted as a purchasing agent for a national homebuilder and managed multi-million-dollar projects. 

As an Owner’s Representative, I draw on my comprehensive skill set and experiences to manage and oversee construction projects on the owner’s behalf.  From pre-design through construction and close out I look for opportunities to improve efficiency, control costs, schedules, and scopes of work. 

I once read a book by Alan Weiss and in it he writes ‘Your career comprises two elements… what you are passionate about doing and what you are excellent at doing. Carve away everything else and you’ll have a career that is a work of art.’ For me, I am passionate about helping people enjoy the journey of building and I excel at organizing and facilitating strong teams. I think about that often and it always makes me smile. How lucky I am.
